Opportunity

Inner City Brewing is a craft brewery and taproom located right downtown, in the heart of Calgary’s Beltline community. We worked with their team on artwork for their Heart of the City Helles Lager, 2019.

Approach

Creative concept

We worked within the Inner City brand guidelines to design a wacky but super clean label, inspired by a woodsy winter wonderland.

Creative partnerships

This label was a collaborative effort, working with Inner City Brewing to help promote Calgary's BIG Winter Classic music and arts festival. Released in the weeks before the festival, this beer helped drive awareness and ticket sales.

Solution

We worked with Inner City Brewing and BIG Winter Classic to design a wild and eye-catching beer label for their Heart of the City Helles Lager. The label not only looked rad in the end, but it also helped promote Calgary's BIG Winter Classic music and arts festival.
