BEER CAN LABEL DESIGN

Opportunity

Blindman Brewing is one of our favourite Alberta craft brewers so it was a pleasure getting to work with them on some artwork for their award-winning NEPA. This label was a one-off for them, a creative take designed to promote two Albertan winter music festivals; Calgary’s BIG Winter Classic and Edmonton’s Winterruption.

Approach

Creative concept

We came up with a winter themed design, an illustrated, musical avalanche tucked into the shape of the province.

Social media engagement

The can was also used as part of a social campaign, we engaged with Blindman’s online community for a chance at having their face drawn on the can.

Solution

We worked with Blindman Brewing and BIG Winter Classic to design an avalanche inspired label for their NEPA. The label looked great and helped promote Calgary's BIG Winter Classic music and arts festival.
