Forever Young / Für Immer Jung

2017 marks the 100 year anniversary of Graz' Youth Welfare Services. In recognition of this enormous milestone, the Communication Design class at FH Joanneum University of Applied Sciences in Graz, Austria, put on a poster exhibition.

The exhibition offered a selection of posters - a sort of self-portrait from each designer.

The posters were printed on A1 format and displayed at an evening gala. The event was open to the public, and welcomed a number of esteemed guests and representatives.

Forever Young

Poster series, 2016.

"Are you a boy or a girl?"

The Communication Design class at FH Joanneum was asked to express their childhood experience through either one or two posters. The only other specifications were size and that the phrase 'forever young' be included. This series focuses on one kid's relationship with gender.

The Exhibition

The posters were displayed in January, 2017, at an evening reception held in Graz, Austria. Posters were printed and hung throughout the room, creating a space for people to walk in and around. It was well-attended, with about 200 people at the event.
